Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting various marketing initiatives, including event coordination, campaign management, content creation, and social media oversight. Collaboration is essential, as you will liaise with external agencies, vendors, clients, and internal departments to provide crucial assistance and ensure the success of diverse marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in a variety of marketing events, such as conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and client gatherings.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, including writing, proofreading, scheduling video productions, and supporting design requirements.
- Monitor and engage with comments on blogs and social media platforms in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Identify and submit nominations for relevant industry awards to enhance our brand recognition.
- Maintain and manage review sites, ensuring prompt responses to both positive and negative feedback.
- Support the management of HubSpot, addressing sync errors, generating reports, and tracking campaign progress; assist in creating emails and landing pages.
- Collaborate on marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring tasks remain on schedule and addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure consistency of all marketing materials with established brand guidelines and messaging standards.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing position, with a minimum of 1 year in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficient in creating marketing content such as social media posts, email campaigns, and blog articles.
- At least 1 year of experience in planning and coordinating events.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of brand guidelines and copywriting for various channels is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot or Marketo, for at least 1 year.
- 6+ months of experience using Salesforce, including generating basic reports.
- Prior experience in managing social media postings and scheduling is essential.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira is preferred.
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- Base salary for this role ranges from \(26 to \)28 per hour, equating to approximately \(54k to \)58k annually for a standard 40-hour work week.
